Brooke Marie Duesterwald, RYT200 - Brooke Marie is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to living in harmony with herself, others, and the planet. With a foundation in traditional yoga, she invites students to go beyond movement and connect deeply with their inner world. Trained through Red Door Yoga in Lantzville, BC, Brooke blends mindfulness, aromatherapy, journaling, and oracle guidance into her offerings, creating a welcoming space for self-exploration. She believes every wellness journey is unique and encourages her students to arrive as they are, embracing presence and taking what they need from each practice.
