Neptune Cloud is a face mask fomulation intended for the most sensitive skin types, instantly soothing irritation and reducing redness in the skin. A great addition to any skincare routine but especially for rosacea, eczema, and fair skin types.
HOW TO USE
Apply a thick layer to clean skin, leave on for 15 minutes or longer. Remove with a warm wash cloth and finish with a nourishing moisturizer. Use as an eye mask for dry, dark, and “crinkly” under eye ares.
