All products are final sale once they have shipped from our manufacturing studio. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Matka Botanicals is a small, family-owned business. Each order is packed with care from our studio, and processing times may take several business days. Please allow 3–5 business days from the time of ordering to receiving your package before contacting us regarding delivery status. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within Canada only. All packages are shipped via Purolator or UPS. PO Box addresses will be shipped via Canada Post.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the courier. Matka Botanicals is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, packages marked as delivered but not received, delivery delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the courier directly to open a claim or file a dispute using your tracking number. We are unable to file claims on behalf of customers. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

If your package arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, please save the shipping box and all packaging materials, take clear photos of the damaged box and product(s), and email us at info@matkabotanicals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Upon receiving photo proof of damage, we will either send a replacement item free of charge or issue a refund for the damaged item(s). Damage claims submitted without photo documentation may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from a pickup location, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
