1. Fill the enema bag with lukewarm, distilled water.

2. Attach the hose and nozzle to the bag, ensuring all connections are secure.

3. Hang the bag at a comfortable height, release the clamp to allow water to flow through the hose and remove any air bubbles. This is easiest done in the shower and close to a toilet.

4. While laying on your left side, apply some coconut oil as lube and gently insert the nozzle and adjust the flow of water as needed.

5. Intake about 1/3 of the bag and hold it in for 1-5 minutes. Release in the toilet.

6. After your first release, move back to your laying position and intake the rest of the water for a deeper flush.

7. Once complete, disassemble and thoroughly clean all components with soap and water.
